Metal tags are precision-printed on brushed or shiny silver, gold, or chrome-finish metal stock — they have a substantial, upscale feel and are the most popular choice for hotels and luxury properties. Acrylic tags are laser-engraved on a lightweight acrylic base with brushed silver or gold finishes — they produce a crisp, permanent engraving and are a great modern alternative. Both are available in the same sizes.

For Miami-based businesses, orders under 50 tags are typically ready within 3 days. Orders over 50 tags ship within 5 days, assuming all finishes are in stock. If a finish is out of stock, production can sometimes take 2–3 weeks — we'll let you know at the time of order. Need it faster? We offer a Same-Day Rush option for orders placed before 11 AM ET (Monday–Friday). Turnaround times are always shown clearly during checkout before you confirm.

No minimums. You can order a single tag or 500 — we handle both the same way. Volume discounts automatically apply at 25 tags (10% off), 50 tags (12.5% off), and 100+ tags (15% off).

Discounts are applied automatically based on the total quantity in your order. Order 25–49 tags and you save 10%. Order 50–99 and you save 12.5%. Order 100 or more and you save 15%. The live price updates in the configurator as you add names.

Yes. The configurator accepts PNG and JPG logo files. You can drag and drop your logo onto the name tag preview, resize it, and position it exactly where you want. We also have a one-click background removal tool if your logo has a white background. For the best result, upload a high-contrast logo on a transparent background (PNG).

Color Logo printing adds your logo or artwork in its original colors rather than single-tone. This costs $3.00 extra per tag. Without Color Logo selected, logos and text will print in black (metal) or be engraved in the standard single-tone finish (acrylic).

We offer two: Magnetic backing (the default — no holes in clothing, strong hold) and Pin Back (traditional pin clasp). You choose your attachment during the order process. Both are included at the same base price.

Yes — that's one of the main benefits of creating an account. Every order is saved to your dashboard, and you can reorder any previous configuration in one click. All your settings (font, layout, logo, finish, attachment) are preserved exactly.

Absolutely. The bulk name upload tool lets you paste in a list or upload a CSV/Excel file with all your names. Each name can independently use Name Only, Name + Title, or Name + Department format. You review the full list before checkout.

Orders over $200 ship free anywhere in the United States. For orders under $200, shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery location.

For Miami-Dade and Broward County customers, expect delivery within 3 days of your order being placed. For the rest of the United States, orders ship within 3 business days of production completion via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with full tracking. Need it faster? Our Same-Day Rush option (available for orders placed before 11 AM ET, Monday–Friday) gets Miami-area orders out the same day.

Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States. Same-Day Rush is only available for local Miami-area delivery within Miami-Dade and Broward County. Standard orders ship nationwide and arrive within 3 business days of shipping. We do not currently ship internationally.

We offer three standard sizes: Large (1" × 3"), Medium (0.787" × 2.7"), and Small (0.6" × 2.5"). These are the industry-standard hospitality sizes. Custom sizes may be available — contact us for a quote.

Yes. Use the Get a Quote form on our homepage. Fill in your business name, approximate quantity, material preference, and deadline, and we'll respond within one business day. For orders of 200+ tags, a quote is strongly recommended.
