1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, creating an account, or using any service provided by Kane Name Tag House LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through kane-nametag-house.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Custom Orders

All name tags sold by Kane Name Tag House are custom-manufactured to order. Because each item is personalized, orders enter production promptly after payment is confirmed. Please review all order details — names, titles, departments, material, finish, and backing type — carefully before submitting. Changes may not be possible once production has begun.

3. Print Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Kane Name Tag House takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality name tags. Our responsibility and your responsibility are defined as follows:

3a. Errors on the Customer's Part

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted — including but not limited to names, titles, departments, spelling, capitalization, and logo files. If a name tag is produced exactly as submitted but contains a mistake originating from information you provided (including typos, incorrect names, or wrong titles), Kane Name Tag House is not liable for the cost of reprinting or replacement. A new order at full price will be required to correct customer-submitted errors.

3b. Errors on Our Part

If Kane Name Tag House produces a name tag that differs from your approved submission — including misspellings introduced during production, incorrect finishes or materials applied, defective engraving, or hardware failures — we will remake the affected tags at no charge and ship them via standard shipping at no additional cost. To report a production error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographs of the defective items. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a remake.

3c. Logo and Artwork Files

You warrant that you own or have the rights to use any logo or artwork submitted. Logos are printed as provided; we do not edit, clean up, or improve artwork files. Low-resolution or poor-quality files that result in an unclear print are the customer's responsibility.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; however, orders already placed will be honored at the price shown at checkout.

Rush order fees are charged at the time of order and are non-refundable once production has begun, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith based on carrier schedules and are not guaranteed. Kane Name Tag House is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier.

For local Miami-Dade and Broward County orders marked for in-person delivery, we will contact you to arrange a drop-off time. Local delivery does not carry a separate shipping charge.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders except in the case of a verified production error as described in Section 3b.

If you believe you received the wrong item or a defective product, contact us at orders@kane-nametag-house.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, design, trademarks, and logos belonging to Kane Name Tag House are our exclusive property. Customer-submitted logos and artwork remain the property of the customer. By submitting artwork, you grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

8. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kane Name Tag House's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kane Name Tag House LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
